Days and hours are fixed, except if there is a prior agreement depending on availability.

• Household linen is not provided. You can hire your bed-sheets on request.

• If the tenant delays arrival, he will first have to inform the owner.

Guarantees, Inventory of Fixtures :

• A deposit of 2000.00 € to be paid on arrival.
• Deposit refundable on departure provided no damage to fixtures.
• The inventory of fixtures will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay by the owner and the tenant.

Use of the Place :

• Tenants should enjoy their stay to the full whilst maintaining a due respect for the environment.
• When leaving, the tenant commits himself to leave the flat as clean as he found it on his arrival.
• No third person can profit by the location, except by prior agreement with the owner.
• The owner will provide the accommodation according to the description made of it, and will keep it in a good state.
• The tenant has no right nor access to occupation or maintenance of the property on termination of the agreed term, except by prior agreement with the owner.
• If the number of tenants surpasses the capacity indicated on the descriptive note and within prior agreement, the owner reserves the right to refuse the extra tenants, or to receive an additional charge.

Conditions of Cancellation, Breaking off of the Stay :

• Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or telegram.
• Before entry into possession of the place : Usually, the owner keeps the deposit. However, it will given back when the flat has been rented again, for the same period and price.
• Tenant has not arrived at accommodation by date booked : After a 24 hours delay and without any notice by the owner, the reservation is considered as cancelled, the owner keeps the deposit and can re-let of his flat.
• In case of cancellation due to the owner : The owner will be give to the tenant the double of the deposit sum that he has received.
• Interruption of the stay : In case of any anticipated interruption of the stay by the tenant and if the owner is not responsible, there will be no redemption, except the deposit.
